I think he's announcing that he's designed this kit and it's going to be available from Orlik. Looks nice from what's posted

It's an announcement of a model of the Yak-3 fighter flown by Hero of the Soviet Union S.V. Nosov. It will be available starting on Friday (maybe Thursday). BTW, the cover says English building instructions will be available at www.orlik.konradus.com, but that page redirects you to www.orlik-models.pl. FYI just in case the redirect page ever goes down.
