I've been looking at the different roadbed tracks.
I brought home some ez track and some truetrack from Atlas.
I like both but the EZ track is a bit tall.
You most certainly want to get the grey roadbed with nickel-silver track.

It's really easy, since you don't have to lay any roadbed, but you are limited to what you can make with sectional track as opposed to a truly frelanced track plan using flex track. I don't like it for that reason. I wouldn't be able to build the layout that I have with the Ez-track

If this is a first layout, and you're willing to work around the limitations that a sectional rail system presents, either system "EZtrak", or "true track", is good. I remember steel rail flex track......... whatever you do, use nickle silver rail! :thumb:

EZ-track probally has the best selection of wide curves out of any sectional system, if you want wide curves and dont want to dick around with roadbed and flexitrack (It can be hard if your new at it!) its the way to go.

LIRR,

Profanity isn't cool on the forum man!! I'm a sailor, and cuss like one to boot, but I know when and where to shut it off. There is a reason we have this cool little :curse: ing icon!
