WOAH! Strange locomotive!

LOL , havn't the slightest idea what it is. Never even seen one of those.Aside from a bad, slow-loading photo? 
It's an "EMD 70" passenger boxcab according to once source. The Santa Fe purchased two for use on the Super Chief; the cars were a joint project of EMC and St. Louis Car and were constructed in September of 1935 but didn't enter regular service until May of the following year. They were each powered by a pair of 900hp Winton 201A engines producting 3600hp from the pair.
