I was looking through railimages.com and seen a member showing this type of grass. What is it and who makes it?

Here is another link to these grass tufts. They are sold in the USA by a firm called Scenic Express
I don't know the firm, just found it by googling around.

The tufts (plus many other scenic accessories) are made by 'Silhouette Modellbahnzubehör' in Germany.
