Who built the "Gum Stump & Snowshoe" layout ?

I'm very interested in building that spectacular small layout.

Did any member of the N scale subforum built it?
If yes, I would like to know the following information:
1) The layout size
2) The grade
3) The locomotive used
4 ) Any caveat ?

Everyone omits the final statement the Mr. Yungurth stated in a later issue of MR about the layout. It wasn't as much fun as he thought until he added a continuous connections to both ends.

I too have considered building the Gum Stump & Snowshoe RR in N scale.
