What's the deal with CP 7009?

This locomotive isn't on any roster. I think it's a train master, what do you think?

Yeah, she's a TM. I think I recall hearing on the CPR newsgroup that she's owned by a private collector, but was being restored by CP.

Note of interest, the 7009 is a H-16-66, CP didn't have any on its roster, all CP's Trainmasters were H-24-66's, numbered in the 8900 series. CP had H-16-44's in the 8500, 8600, and 8700 series, most of which were assigned to the Kettle Valley and Kootenay Divisions.
