Hi all!

I've been lurking here for a while, but registered today because I just gotta know, what's LPB stand for? It seems to have something to do with little plastic people, but ....

I guess enquiring minds want to know!

Ahhhh we"hooked' another one - :) :)

Welcome Aboard - yes that's what it means: Little Plastic Bastidges. :)

One of our regulars coined the phrase. :D  :D

Please stay on for a bit & browse around.

Thanks for asking!!

mhd - basically you hit on the right objects!

LPB could mean anything...
... from Lovely Polystyrene Bunnies :) :) :)
... to Lousy Plastic Bastards

It depends, how much you love them - and how they cooperate with you. Feel free to find other explications of 'LPB'. :p  :D

Hmm,

mhdishere .. as you can see my less *enlightened* compatriots
on the gauge (those who obviously model the earlier and more
*primitive* ;) era's use the term LPB .. of course I know that
you are a far more reasonable person than that and would
use LPP's (Little Plastic People) or even LPC's (Little Plastic Comrades!) if you're supporting the PLOP's fight to get rights
for the oppressed minions of so many Draconian model railroaders!!! :D :D :D

And lets not forget about P.L.O.P. People Loving to Obliterate Plastic! And their motto: What's the sound of melting plastic? PLOP PLOP PLOP

Also check the photo section for the latest attack on the LPB's, were winning the war!

:D :D :D
