I had some locomotives custom painted for me by Blaine Bachmann and I wanted to show them off.
For those of you that may not recognize the scheme, the Southern Pacific and the AT&SF (Santa Fe) railroads tried to merge during 1985-86. The application was denied, even though
both railroads had begun to repaint their locomotives.
I just used my Modeler's License to travel through time and change that 'No' into a 'Yes' and this is the result:
BTW: The black smudge is a camera defect and "layout" is actually the dining room table. (Good thing I'm not married!
