I spent the weekend getting some of the framework for the On30, around-the-room, layout built and installed in my office.
The On30 will be up near the ceiling to allow for the around-the-room setup, yet still maintain an ability to turn the room back to a bedroom if necessary.
This level is mostly to show off the On30 equipment, rather than a detailed layout like the lower, HO scale, layout will be. It will also allow for continuous running of either the On30 or HO scale equipment.
The On30 level will be mostly a 6" wide shelf, widening to a 15" wide shelf where the layout is above the HO scale portion (so the two levels will match).
