Good tip - i'll do that, its also printed on a rather heavy card stock (its all i had) so the tabs likley add mm's on the joins!!!

Im flipping glad I printed it at A3 - it's small even at that size, must be tiny printed on A4!

Saucer is about 7cm in diameter. If you look at this pic I purposefully took a top down on the measurements on my cutting board

I'll do Nacelles tomorrow and will be able to give you a full legth

The finished article!

I found the stand to be "wobbly" so I added an X support arround the base of the stick to stop movement
