thanks Zathros. i see a lot of little things everyone here does to their models and it gives me ideas to try so with mine. the ideas i come up with sometimes are like... umm, can i do it or not??
and then i say to myself, why not??, if it works , good .. if not.. lesson learned.. but it'll still look good to me

a few other pic's. haven't had much chance to do work on it. the wife's been really sick and in and out of the hospital a few times this month. pancreatitis flair ups.

thanks Rhaven, it's coming along nicely even with the hand cramps cutting out the small parts.. gonna be done soon and then i'll get the pic's loaded..

You have done an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!
If I had not followed the thread and only saw the finished model, I would not have thought that this was made of paper.
This thread has really inspired me to look at different techniques and ways of building models.

thanks Rhaven and your welcome. i have shown a few people the pictures and the model and they still say " that can't be made of paper"!!
the detail the great UHU02 puts into them does have to be seen to believe. that little detail i did with the hatch, i hope a lot more people copy and use it. it really adds more to it.
and zathros was right when he told me that things like that makes it POP. i'm really glad i joined this site and will keep on building and posting builds as long as i can. i all ready have plans for a few other models that will hopefuly make them stand out .
