Looks like some light at the end of the tunnel. I really want to see this together! :)

This is going to be one of his over the top detailed models. I just advise you all, get it while you can because after it goes in the vault, I don't want anyone crying to me how much they want it! I won't be able to help you there. :)

I am going to get a jaw strap so I don't hurt myself when he starts putting it together!!
 
Oh yes, indeed - I just looked at his page... This model will give a new definition of the term "elegance"! :)

This is gonna be a model for the dedicated heart, mind and soul!!

And looking back through this thread, at the pics with all the 'red bits' that need to be cut out on this template so far, I think I would first begin practicing my cutting skills on the unfinished section of Master UHU02's 2001 Station V model .......... ;);):biggrin::biggrin:
 
It wouldn't surprise me if it turned out to be real and took it out for a cruise!! :)
 
With apologies to all I've fallen a bit behind with the updates. I'm a full time carer for my wife and this year on December 5th was the first anniversary of her sisters death so caring was a bit more involved. However as some of you have noted UHU02 has been busy having started on the outer skins

On an off topic note, is anybody else hoping for a UHU02 Force Awakens X Wing or if you can imagine the awesomeness a Millennium Falcon?

I'm thinking UHU may be designing the most detailed submarine paper model ever-- certainly the most detailed one I've seen. We must be patient, though. I thought you guys might like to see this BTS shot of the filming model I ran across on another forum.
