UHU02 AT/ST

So having only just finished the Orion III UHU02 is already pondering his next masterpiece the Star Wars ATST. it's looking like it will be the ESB Snow version but Google translates suggests that fishing and pondering will occur before the final decision and as you can see there is quite a bit of difference so a version will have to be decided on before UHU02 can make a start on designing the model..

It will be interesting to see which he chooses, and what level of detail he will achieve. We do know it will be a winner! :)

No matter which one he chooses, it will be jaw-dropping, no doubt. If I'm voting, my money goes on the ESB version. I still have my fingers crossed that he visits full-size weapons again and does Boba Fett's rifle (both versions - I'm greedy, lol). Several have been done, but none really capture it as the Mighty Uhu02 would. :jawdrop: :D :cat:

THIS IS GREAT NEWS!!! I would LOVE to see the EMPIRE version since it is such a beautiful design BUT it has had too little screen time.

Here are some links which might be helpful:

I may give you some additional links to pictures and build threads once the master has decided which one he is going to tackle.

:)

P.S.: THIS could also be an option:

He is such a genius! (maybe some day I'll figure out the password and check out some of his earlier works.) I am thrilled to be able to keep up with his latest designs. As soon as I get a decent workshop set up I plan to start building them, starting with the X-wing. :) My son Anakin will tell you that I'm a big Star Wars fan. ;)

I have always liked the "layering" technique for adding physical detail.
