Twiki Build in the pipe

I'm making a Searcher bridge set piece for the Mego figures (like the famous Star Trek bridges); the computer is the first part of it and will be released when Crichton is complete. I have attached a small preview (in 1:18 = action figure scale). :thumb:

Thanks, that is really Cool! Project KITT could probably use that too for the FLAGG truck.

Have you been to Frank Diorio's New Diorama Workshop.com?
He has a new forum area with areas for scifi besides Star Wars and I've posted some smaller versions of my graphic designs for S.H.I.E.L.D., HULKbusters Base, the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and a few others. I usually work on 6 inch action figure dioramas but I submitted these for 4 inch figures.

I'll have to work on a landing bay for Buck's Starfighter or maybe Dr. Hure's office. I'll start looking for references after I finish my S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier control room I'm currently working on. My concept for movie and comic versions. The door wall graphics are posted at Frank's forum.

Great idea! I'll let Heather know that she doesn't have to make the computer. BTW, I have found out that it was indeed made by Modern Props. They call it "Boomerang (angled) radar wall unit with dual tracking screens, lights, and switches" . Since I first saw it on the Searcher bridge I prefer calling it "Searcher bridge console" :mrgreen: .

Thats it...im going to take paper, cut into various shapes and strips, keep gluing those layers and compressing them hard as they dry, until i have what looks like a stacked layer brorg cube made of solid compressed paper....a paper model of a paper weight when its done. Does that count?idea1:smile:
 
That comment appeared out of context on this page. It was actually a response to Vince's reply of why would you put paper under a paper weight, when you could cut it up and make it into something.. :-)
