I have just finished building the CATT'S CANNERY. The home of the famous 5F brand of cat food that is in demand all over North America. What does the 5F stand for?

This picture shows the rail side of the factory.
The next one is with a CP boxcar ready for loading.

The next 2 pictures shows the street side of the factory.

This structure is 99%cardboard with a few odds and ends added. It cost about 25cents to build.
It is 13inches wide and 3 1/2 inches deep and of course is N scale.
It is based on one of those ads in MR for HO limited production kits that sell anywher from $175 to $200.

It looks pretty good. With color ink-jet printers and heavier card stock, anyone should be able to put together some kind of building for minimal cost.

Bob, most of the cardboard is from cereal boxes. The rest is from a corrugated cardboard carton. Easy to make and as you say, with an inkjet printer it makes it even easier. Now I just need a decent digital camera.

Very nice looking structure there my friend, I also use card for all my structures, then cover it with stripwood.
