I can take a post a pic of one but it's been altered from it's 1913 build and missing parts.

Interuban, not sure if this is what you want you had in mind but technically it is a prototype. Former GM&O #2831, built in march 1913. Rebuilt sometime in the 40's I think. The double hung windows were the handywork of a former owner
