Some .pdo files are not working

Does anyone know how to fix pdo files that will not open, or perhaps know where a working file link is? I have a .pdo file of a Star Wars ship labeled as the ARC-100, (not the ARC-170). I keep trying to open it but the Pepakura software tells me: "Failed to open the file." I can remember that it is a pretty neat ship, but any links I have found online shows that the link is broken. It seems the file originated around 2007.
I do have Pepakura Designer 6 and I paid for the license, so I don't have any issues opening most files. It seems that some older .pdo files I have are too old to open anymore.
 
the copy i have opens just fine in pep3. i don't have a newer pep program
could not add the arc 100 pdo so i had to compress it into an rar file but this is the pdo that works with pep3

Thanks, I ended up having to find and download the Pep Viewer 3. It's not available on Tamasoft's site anymore, they only have the Designer software and you can only get the latest version of that.
 
As I recall the viewer comes with the designer automatically. I found a link:
