Thought I'd pass this on...

I haven't been able to post as many responses or pictures as before because I've been preparing to deploy to Afghanistan very soon. Many of you know I fly the C-130 and will fly combat missions within Afghanistan. I'll be leaving within a week and won't be back for a while. I'm not sure I'll be able to access this forum while deployed since the military computer servers block most internet access to outside sites.

But, when I come back I'll catch up on past threads, pictures, and topics. Until then, no more layout work for me. The trains are returning to their storage boxes.

You all take care and thanks for always being a great group to visit and belong.

Good luck. Looking forward to your return, but probably not as much as you are. Which service branch are you in? I was presuming Coast Guard because I didn't know any other branch flew C130 aircraft, but I didn't know Coast Guard was over there.
 
Good luck in your travels, everyone here at the Guage will be glad to have you back. Hopefully you can find somewhere to check in, I cant imagine not being able to visit the Guage for a long period of time.
