Jessica and I went to the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay yesterday. Even though it was cold and wet, we still had a good time.

They Snuck One In!!

Hi Andy, Glad that the trip to the musuem was a good one!!

Looks like the folks there copied an idea from Tyco and AHM...a tender driven steam loco!!! See red boxes in the photo

Actually the railroad at Stone Mountain Park here in Georgia has a similar arrangement....the baggage car on their train is actually an SW7 that pushes the loco and pulls the train!!!

That's a new version of a 'cow-and-calf-pair'!

Now I see why this loco is so spotlessly clean. But I wonder: What's the sound of this contraption? Pure diesel or do they add the chuff-chuff via speakers and Soundtrax module?
