There once was a girl who was fare as could be
whose eyes shined like the sun on the sea
Her hair was long and wavy at end
it fluffed in the breeze and flowed in the wind
Her skin was as soft as powder snow
and her body was perfect like a newborn baby doe
She had a soft Alabama accent with southern class
when she rode in the ring, she wore her crimson sash
I was in love with this lady of beauty
she broke my heart which seemed more like a duty
She was meant for great things, and I was wild and unruly
She had come and gone over several weeks
but left a lasting memory which I still seek
So if you're out there and you remember
call me, this November.
