Well.......... thanks again. But I am toying with the idea of this one in 1/35 also. SO maybe you won't have to up-scale after all.
I'm going to keep the series in 1/48, because some of these guys are pretty big and will make large models at 1/48. Can you say "POINT" or "NASTY".........sure........ I knew ya could!
But this one begs to be bigger and to have much, much more detail.
The really lucky think is there is a real one (PBR MKII)in Mobile, AL. Yeah, I'm going and carrying two cameras..............one for me, one for the wife, she takes better pictures.:thumb:
Gotta finish the RPC, and wait for all the references I've got ordered and coming in.................also IF anyone has any close ups they would be much appreciated. I've found alot of pics on-line both real, and models, but there are still some areas of the boat that are not shown.
Oh......... and as already mentioned this will be the 105 boat named Elaine.
