Restoring a Semaphore

I am restoring a Semaphore for the Little River Railroad and Logging muesum in Townsend, Tennessee. I am looking for any info on restoring one. We have the head but nothing else! We don't even have the hopusing for the light! Does anyone know where I can get parts to rebuild it? Also diagrams for rebuilding one? And if there is someone in the country who rebuilds old signal lights, that would be a big help. The muesum care takers would like it to be working. Either mechanical or electrical, I hope this is possible.

Hey, that is a neat project. Is there any indication of who manufactured the signal, or any kind of marking(s) at all on the parts that you have?
