Removing CA glue shine

I've managed to get CA glue on the painted/weathered surface of an otherwise completed structure. I tried using dullcote to help hide it, but it's still shiny. Is there a way to dull it down so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb? It's a pretty small amount, and in an area that probably won't be easily seen in the layout, but I'd still like to fix this if I can.

The only other thing

beyond dullcoat would be to give the area a light sanding...

A little bit of 400 or 600 wet/dry sand paper on the end of a stick. and gently rough up the area to dull the shine.

Frank, depending where on the building the shiny spot is, you could always cover it with something - a sign, some ivy, a vent, some pipes etc.

You may have done it, but just in case you didn't - you have to shake a can of Dull Cote real well to get the stuff that makes it dull mixed in with the lacquer.

a typewriter erasure works well.

a rubber inpregnated fiber bristle brush (Mirco Mark has 'em).
