I could be expressing my ignorance here but I thought Thomas the Tank Engine stuff was made in Britain?
Thanks for the heads-up. I checked my daughter's stash and we don't seem to have any of the offending pieces. You would think at this point in history they would have just done away with lead paint.
My Wife's a teacher and a couple of years ago she had to throw away all the crayons in her class because of lead. I think we ended up spending something like $60 getting new crayons for her classroom.Yeah I don't quite understand that either,the dangers of lead paint has been known for years and there has been strict laws against using it for quite a while.My son has a bunch of them,most of them came with the VHS tapes that included them as an extra.I hope they're O.K.
