I had not looked at 1/64 cars for years & recently had a friend tell me that there were so many more being made that I could really expand the number of cars enough to make a really fantastic diorama ------ Sooooooooo -- I went looking . WAS HE RIGHT!! I'm glad I don't have a wife to ask where 300 bucks went last weekend!!

It's not going to be easy to mutilate some of these --they are so darn nice!!:cry: Not to worry tho , it will take a long time & I have duplicates of many so I can keep one to pass on to my granddaughters!! :mrgreen:
Also here are some pics of one under the "torch" --the crumpled panels are first duplicated in the aluminum baking tin , the the real part is cut off & the new one put on & crumpled . Most of the cars you buy have aftermarket type wheels that were not around 40 years ago so I have to make more stock looking wheels , I Use trim washers & round headed nails , see what you think of that.
