I used the method that one of the members told me about using casting resin. I am happy to say it turned out good I have a small problem that is I found out I should have poured the deep part then follow with a light coat on top. It turned cloudy around the edge. I think I can fix that by brushing on a tranparent blue around the edge. In all I was pleased with the end result.
