What did you use for internal structure? Foam board? Cardboard?

I was given two publisher printed Christmas R2s, which is a joke since I am neither a Star Wars fan, nor often a fan of the the most recent films. In fact, if I had to choose, I like the R5 more than the R2.

My relatives thought the SWs kit was related to Star Trek. But we all know that there's no difference between Star Trek and Star Wars, right!!!

Your build, though, makes me think about building one of the two kits. The kits I was given are only a foot high though! Not quite the spectacle you made.
