I think I'd hire someone to do those! The whole tank is awesome though. This will be one of those " incredible where did you get the shrink ray gun" to miniaturize this tank model! :thumb:

Traks are painted with airbrush. Color - Gun metal (Tamiya)
The mounting went well and now the tank have "shoes"

That has to be as near perfect as I have ever seen. The one photo that has two blank spaces on it looks like someone photoshopped those blanks spots onto a real tank chassis. Masterful work. Will you continue to build models? What does one do when they have reached a perfect state of their endeavor? I wonder what else you do perfectly?

Finished the upper part of a body. As designer meant, I did it removable.
Inside I glued supporters and parts of inner hull. I made corrections to the front, by narrowing front part to match the width it inserts to. (removed about 1 mm from each side)
Also, at back I discovered a little gap between upper and lower parts. So I made a little two-side strip, to cover it.
Beside this, two parts connect perfectly and stay in place. Later, front towing hooks will work as locks.

Looks like you are approaching the home stretch. This is a beautiful model, excellently put together.

A little progress with the model
Made all the doors to hatches and attached them on moving axes
Also made some instrument to put on shelfs
The antenna can be raised up and down (not included in the kit
)

My kudos snake7, you really do top notch work.
I can't wait to see your finished Pz3, and I especially like the detail you've put into the engine and grill(s) for the exhaust and such. I even saw you beveled the fan blades for the air intakes, which few would ever notice or even see but you nailed it.
You really went above and beyond, and I can only say to keep at it!

Meanwhile I assembled front armor plates
I advise to measure well and check if plates enter their place by width
I was in need to cut about 1 mm from each side and to adjust skins accordingly
Also, now upper removable part can be locked in front - from one side by base of tow hook, from the other by horizontal plate
