ORP"Burza"- the beginning of general repair-start

Hi

I`ve been begining the general repair of destroyer the ORP"Burza" since last week.
I worked out him in scale 1:100 and I made one on the ground of cardboard paper cut-out
"Maly Modelarz" (MM) with 1984 year scale 1:200 twenty years old.
This`s binder :


The model presents after reconstruction destroyer's technical state in 1955y.
I would like to make with 1939y(H73) or example 44 this ship:

The ORP"Wicher" was very similar , identical ship .

Here pictures before:

Will this be successful me to make? We will see...
There will be a lot of work to do, however it`s necessery one.
Many elements of model I have to project again.
Continuation will happen...

I`ve been looking for all about the destroyers of ORP"Wicher"
or ORP"Burza" (1937/9 ys) since 3 weeks.

I found every contained materials(Google,AltaVista,Yahoo)on "net".

I`m sure , someone with you possesses( in electronic version)
different the drawings, the plans, the pictures, etc. , etc......

I would like to remember to my subject did not get lost in "precipices of forum".
The works over repair of ORP"Burza" be continued.
I`ve been working over fore platform(bridge) since two weeks
but end "is not visible".
I`ve modeler's plans (PM nr 143 ORP "Wicher") from this times.
I succeeded to give plans ....though it was "very heavily" it find.
"Work" goes very slowly because I want to execute him very in detail according to plans.

I`m affirming,..... that far me to you but I`m learning from masters.

external lines,
rescue rafts,
handrails around cannon

Is this a complete redesign above the hull ?

Please can you show me how to make a watertight doors like those ?

What is the netting round the gun platform?

and finally is it spray painted and what paint

So, then it will be complete and total change the superstructure of hulk.
How I wrote already, it will concern the " exchange" of model of ORP"Burza" with 1955 year
on model with 1935-37 years.
I did not decide yet : I will execute with 1935 year or with 1937/39 years(!?)
They differed with equipment(on exemple: poop pole ), weapons, etc. imperceptibly.

And now the something about realization of details:

I project all elements from new according to plans and a I execute a few
(more elements) it than was one needed and I choose "the best".
This is labour-intensive but I have "some" choice...
I used small plastic netting after fruit to realization of netting round the gun platform:


I`ve not the airbrush unfortunately and I`m painting all by hand( the brushes)
and a... I employ paints the "Humbrol" as well as the Polish paints the "Astor".
I sometimes use paints in spray to large surfaces.

It`s me to describe hard the realization of doors(every of ones has 6-12 elements).
I think, that the picture of details " they will say" more:

They are three thing, I which learnt
1.a lot of patience
2.a lot of patience
and a......
3.a lot of patience

It was can add to this:
a lot of time( I am "young" pensioner at present),
desire,
the acquaintance of history of executed model( the man the whole life learns),
technical experience....
and any different......own ideas and .....beer :lol:

I temporarily, on this stage of works, finish the building of fore superstructure . It lacks the equipment of platforms yet, but I will execute this after installing on hulk superstructure.
I`m going repair hulk .
I think, that works will be quicker, because there`re no small changes of elements . I have to work out over hulk because I`ve not "the point of reference"( comparison ).

It was not me here long. I see, that and "forum" changed !!!
But, I did not stop work over my model.
I would have long to describe already what I executed and what ways.
Inserted poctures will explain , I over what worked lately.

Works over model last still.
Shipping boiler room was finished.
In day 05 October, after realization several details,it was successfull me "to connect" all in the whole(after one and a halfs hour) .
