For a minute, this locomotive wasn't registering with me. I thought, "It's a GP40-2, so why was my first impression 'GP60'?" Then I realized what was "wrong": it's a Phase 3 GP40-2 with angled blower duct. I'm still not really used to this uncommon version. Judging by the light bracket, ex-SP.
