hello everyone, just wanted to see what you all thought about my first attempt at custom loco painting and decaling? the loco isnt finished yet, i still need to dullcote it and weather it a little. any opinions or suggestions are welcome. thanks!

Steve, that's a really great job for your first time decaling, keep up the good work! I remember seeing those engines all the time growing up.

Being a gentleman and a scholar, I refrained from illuminating this glaring flaw in your otherwise fine model work Now...if you reeeeeeally wanna look like ya know whatyerduin'...

OK, OK, I confess, Ray found me out...that was a pic of my workbench last year, before I built those nice footlockers. HOWEVER, even with those footlockers and with less than 12 daze 'til the Hadji Temple Train Show on Sept. 11, here is my progress as of 8/28/04 at 8:03p.m. CT...

Great job painting & detailing, Steve. But maybe you can explain why so many modelers are putting my initials on their locos & rolling stock. I mean, I'm flattered but it's getting a little embarrassing.
