Where do you create? What is your space like?
Just wanted to show the reason I have been lax on model building for some time now. Along with some medical issues, the main reason was the adoption of what started as 2 kittens then ended up to be 3 , all a few days old, and all that goes along with that! So had to move from my nice niche in the living room to an abandoned bedroom long forgotten! One of those rooms that everything you don't want in the rest of the house, but can not stand to get rid of gets gets dumped into! ( almost forgot...allow 20 years to go by...Would show picture of the before, but just imagine a episode of Hoarders and you will get the idea). ...So to move into the new area, it needed a LOT of work...nasty brown shag carpet from the 70's removed...paint...new tile, etc.
Now you have to imagine only being able to work on about a 1/4 of the room at a time, as everything had to be shifted from one side to the other ,first the carpet removed, the floor cleaned, new tile installed, then move the next 1/4 over the just finished one and repeat...for every thing! But I have finally got where I can see the light at the end .... going to take some time to get used to the new area, and get things situated for the best results, but the basics are all there now! So here is my new-ish work room ( all that was purchased was the tile and paint, recycled and salvaged everything else!

Yes, those are 60's concert posters! Went around after the concert night and collected the old ones, and put up new ones ....and oh how I wish I wold have known, I would have kept all the ones I traded for stuff!
Not bragging ...just REAL happy I have a space to work now that is safe from kittens!
Now...if you are so inclined, I know there are better spaces out there, and it would be nice to see how others have used there space for their modeling area!
