No peace for Fred.

Poor old Fred, he's the guy in the background taking a bath, just can'y get any peace & quiet. What with an accident at the crossing, which smashed up a cart, and the woman in front trying to not notice him. Fred will just have to wait until the all clear sounds before he gets out of the tub.

I know - it's the log lady from Twin Peaks!!! Always wondered what she's been up to lately LOL.
