Yes, it is complicated. However, it is a fun and enjoyable build. There is quite a bit of greebling potential.
If you need any kind of inspiration, I would like to invite you to check out The UHU02 Colonial Viper appreciation thread
I am looking forward to seeing how your build turns out.

(I have moved this thread to the Science Fiction & Fantasy section.)

A bit of progression on the viper. Wasn't happy with the first attempt so I printed a second cockpit off and re-did it. This week I've been on nights so I haven't had much time to build, I'll be on afternoons next week so I will have a bit more time! Thanks Rhaven for the link to the appreciation thread, it has helped out !

The internals are pretty "tame". It is the outer skin that may require some patience! ;)

I like that you reprinted and rebuilt to your own standard. It was worth it, judging by the results. A suggestion, you could get some internal cockpit 3D dimension by printing out the seat again, and cut out the seat harness on thin paper, then glue onto the seat. By doing slight bends on the harness, the inside will really pop. ;)

So sorry about the gap in this build post but i will get back to it...soon I hope. Here is a list of projects I have going on:
- 1:400 Bismark by F.Prudenziati
- Mad max pursuit special
- P51 mustang
- finished a Silverballer ACP 45
- finished a Bald Eagle for my wife
- a peregrine falcon
- 2 world of tanks Jagpanthers
- Optimus prime helmet
- 1:200 scale 1701 enterprise
- and of course this Viper

I think i have a problem of starting way too many projects at once, anyone else have this issue?

Erh, well, let me say it this way: You are not alone. ;)

- Viper Mk. I 2-seater
- Viper Mk. I 1/32 scale
- Ranger 3
- Turbobike
- Aurora Viper Bomber
- Galactica launch bay
- frame revision of V blaster
- turret revision of Colonial Landram
- some classic floating robots
- fire station
- something for Halloween
- Colonial Blackbird
- TAS transport vessel
- church of St George

Did I forgot something? Possibly..! ;)

Just take your time and tackle one project at a time. That's what I'm trying doing. So far it (kinda) works. :)

P.S.: I'd love to see the Peregrine Falcon.
