1277 has sound & DCC 1266 the one in the tuxedo has a TCS T-1 decoder I put in.

Those are beauts Dave! Nice paint and details! I have a soft spot for the Rock Island because a branch of it went right through the my college campus in Pella when I was there in the late 70's.

Great locos. :thumb: I've been eyeing that P2K GP7 (the maroon and creme one) on Walther's website. It's on sale for about $130 as I recall, with DCC and sound.

I have that P2K GP7. Without the decoder and sound(I think). I picked it up at a show in one of the "bargain boxes" for $25.00. Sat for a couple of years on a shelf. Put it on the track, and it took off. No cleaning, no oiling. It runs great!

88 good buy. I bought my tuxedo for 40$ at a train show and had to replace the cracked gears!!!!!
