Need help - Interchange yard

Hi..

I have been planning a new layout which has 3 staging areas, North (3 Tracks), South (4 Tracks) and East (2 Tracks) But now I need a hand working out the main yard (12' Long).

Here a rough image of what the layout will be.

So trains will run North-South, South-North, South-East and East to South. But anything going North-East will have to be droped off and picked up by a South-East train.

Now the problem is to desgn a Interchange yard that will work plus have a few Industries so I can swithing.

So idf you could help please do.

All you really need for an interchange yard is one or two tracks--if it is part of a yard already, then cars can be shuffled as needed and simply spotted for pickup by the other railroad.
