Here is a simple question.....do you have access to a drill?
If you do, you can remove the wheel sets off of any locomotive, insert the axel into the drill and then use a file to slowly work the flang down....
just a thought.....and more than likely, NO, the bachperson trolley will have uber huge flanges...and probably be out of gauge.
