Much needed help

Hi ive recently copleted a replica of the world famous Ffestiniog Railway located in North Wales UK, the only thing im missing is a Double fairlie engine

ive looked every where for one but ive had no luck, if any one could help me i would be very greatful.

I have a friend that joined two locomotives back to back to make a Fairlie, he sure fooled me, looks very realistic.

Ya that would probally be your best bet, it looks like you should be able to joint 2 locos back to back and fab a new cab for it.

Pity you're not doing the FR in G Scale, as I've just seen an advert for a G Scale double fairlie!!

Wow, what a rig:thumb: Looks like a reasonable kitbash/scratchbuild for a handy first timer. The only really hard part I see is making the drive train in a way that allows the two engines to pivot under the one boiler.
