More Amtrak Acela woes :(

We have people run around the gates on the light rail commuter trains here in So Cal all the time. People just don't understand how hard it is to stop a train, and the car they are in is no more protection than a motorcycle. What s really rediculous is that passenger trains are short enough and traveling fast enough that they don't really require you to stop for very long anyway.
