Model Tech Sand Facility Done!

Here is my latest building. It is a Model Tech Studios sanding facility.
Not and easy kit but a pretty good finished model for a small yard.

Having the dime for reference was great...it makes me appreciate just how small some of our N scale structures can be. How long did it take you to build that?

2-8-2 the kit is resin and wood and took about 10 hrs to build and paint. I still need to put a sand load in the bay , but it can be done from the bottom, I will use woodland snow and paint it light tan.

Good job! Good idea for the sand.

I'm about to build several small wood building and wonder how well I'll do. Guess I should go get some tweezers! Do you have any tips for building such small structures?

What did you use to get the scale for size and height?

Well Glenn, I built it right from the plans but if it needs any adjusting i'll put more foundation under it.
