Of course! I don't think I was very detailed in the instructions for that part plus the parts are separate in the 3D references.

The main visor wraps around the head and requires some very small amounts of glue to stick it down. The back section glues to the back of the head. This is probably the worst designed bit of the model because his bony head plates are stepped and the visor back is flat. Apply glue on the points of contact and position the whole thing so the crosshair in the blue part goes near his eye.
