This really isn't much about the planning, as we only see the final design, but it's notable that it's a team work and that the binder with the plan is there during the building phase.

Nice railroad. It seems a little strange looking at an Appalachian coal hauler detailed so well and seeing the caption in a foriegn language. Are you a member of that club? If so congratulations on some excellent modelling from your club.

I can't read the language either, but there's some in English on their site. Since it's a modular club, I don't think they've got a permanent address or place to gather.
