Big M drive in in MD is the only one I know of. That's the one I mentioned. As for Chester Pike, I grew up a mile away from it. 
It was torn down a year after I got my car. I guess they didnt want any of my money. 
It used to be, & the B&O RR is, about 3 blocks from where I live now. That's how I can hear the whistle from my house.
