Looking for a compus

Can anyone recommended a compuserve that will except a xacto blade for cutting circles

Hobbyco makes one that is sold as a circle cutter.

won't a small x-acto handle fit a common high school compass? just be careful of the placement of the directional placement.

The compass that i remember from high school couldn't keep from spreading out when being used but then that was 35 years ago. LOL
