Kirkwood Subdivision

Building a peninsula between where two cars will park in the garage? I can't think this would be very comfortable. All I can think about is car doors swinging open and bashing the peninsula. But if it works, kudos!

I think for my next layout/house later this winter it's gonna have to be a garage layout and I like the plan for this one. Nice around the walls with a long of mainline running.

As it is, the wife and I never park in the garage but I would still wanna design it so I have the option of pulling both cars in the garage due to bad weather/hurricances, or to make room for visiting cars/family. Which is basically like once or twice a year :)

So something like that wouldn't be much of concern. I'm really curios to see how the top level came out because according to his plan, it looks like that top loop would create a duck under maybe. Just wondering how it all looks.
