As I crossed over the KCS yard I couldn't believe what I saw. Normally road power by passes CC. Could it be???
I made a quick exit, a fast turnaround while fumbling for my camera from under the seat, all the while thinking I was mistaken, maybe BNSF which shows up on occasion. But no! There they were, to bright, shinny new KCS de Mexico SD70AC's.....

They look like they just rolled out of the paint shop after getting the couplers off the units they replaced.

Hi...My son, who lives in Mexico, ran across some like these in the shops in San Luis Potosi. He posted a picture, but since I'm not at home, I'll post it when I get back. These may be the very same locos he saw....
