I have a Kato EF210, and was thinking of converting it to DCC. I have worked out how to open it up, and it looks like it should be quite easy, but I was wondering if anyone else has done one. I had a search on google but nearly all the results are Japanese 
I would like to add red lights too.
Slightly off topic, I just got a Grafar class 37 and would like to do that too, but that looks like it will be more work, and adding lights to tht would need some drilling.
