Yeah, and leased out. It hadn't been used in a year and was declared unsafe.

I wonder now who is going to be responsible for the damage.

a bridge that is only used once per year? That doesn't sound cost effective to replace.

Depends on what else uses that spur of track and how difficult it would be to re-route the trains to that or any other facility.
