I was browsing through my copies of MR and found an article about a traction loine built on 2 x 4 boards as a sectional layout (and yes, it IS a HO traction line) so i have decided to build a "sort-of" copy of the lines plan, but widening the curves from 6" to 9" to alolw my 40ft boxcars to look less awkward going around the bends. I will be using Peco code 100 track with Orr turnouts (allowing the turnouts to be much sharper and shorter as per the real traction lines).
