This structure is near Duluth.
I am curious as to what it's purpose is.
Any thoughts?

There is a neat truck unloading unit here. The whole truck gets tipped up so cargo can be unloaded. It looks like maybe wood chips.
Any info will be welcomed

Looks like some type of incinerator...or power plant...??
Whatever it is, it's very cool looking...would be a great modeling project!
